Using Hotelsoncall

You may use Hotelsoncall for lawful personal or business travel research. You agree not to disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at a rate that harms availability, submit malicious content or use displayed contact details for spam or mass solicitation.

No booking relationship

Hotelsoncall does not sell rooms, accept payment for a stay, confirm availability or create a contract between you and a hotel. Any reservation, cancellation, refund, charge or dispute is between you and the provider you choose.

Hotel records and direct links

Names, positions, contact details and operating-status fields can be incomplete, duplicated or outdated. Confirm the property identity, room terms, complete price, taxes, mandatory charges, cancellation policy and accessibility needs directly with the relevant provider before relying on them.

Scores, maps and distance

Trip Fit and similar indicators are comparative planning aids. Straight-line geography, estimated balance and map position do not guarantee a route, journey time, neighborhood condition, safety level or accessibility. Use appropriate local and official sources for time-sensitive travel decisions.

TripSignal and QuoteLens

TripSignal applies fixed planning rules to the choices you provide; its area-fit score is not a hotel-quality or safety rating. QuoteLens identifies possible evidence in pasted text but does not authenticate the offer, determine enforceability or replace the property’s confirmation. Review every source line and recalculate important amounts before making a reservation or payment.

Your private content

Notes and quotes stored locally are your responsibility. Avoid entering sensitive information. Browser data can be lost when storage is cleared, a device fails or privacy settings remove it; Hotelsoncall does not promise backup or recovery.

Intellectual property

Hotelsoncall’s brand, original interface, copy and selection methodology are protected by applicable law. Open hotel data remains subject to the licences and attribution described on the data sources page. External hotel names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Hotelsoncall does not warrant uninterrupted access or the accuracy of third-party records. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hotelsoncall is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service or a transaction with a third party.
