Hotelsoncall is designed to work without an account. The most personal parts of a hotel decision remain in your browser.

Information kept on your device
Saved hotels, trip anchors, comparison notes and quotes you enter are stored in your browser’s local storage. Hotelsoncall does not receive those details through ordinary use of the planner. Clearing site data in your browser removes them from that device.
Private planning tools
TripSignal evaluates your selected trip mode, places and constraints inside the page. QuoteLens reads pasted offer text inside your browser and does not upload or retain it. DirectLine also prepares its call checklist and message locally. These tools work without an account, an external AI service or a request to Hotelsoncall’s server.
Search and map requests
When you search, your query and selected map area are sent to Hotelsoncall to return matching hotel records. When the interactive map opens, your browser requests map style, label and tile resources from OpenFreeMap, whose public service is delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure. Those providers receive the technical request information needed to deliver the map. We use hotel search requests to provide results and protect the service from misuse, not to build advertising profiles.
Contact and correction requests
If you submit a message, we receive the name, email address, property details and text you choose to provide. We use it to respond, investigate a correction or document a removal request. Do not include payment card numbers, passport details or other sensitive personal information.
Basic service records
Limited technical records such as IP address, request time, requested page, response status and browser identifier may be retained for security, reliability and abuse prevention. These records are not combined with your private shortlist or quotes.
Cookies and analytics
Hotelsoncall does not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. Essential browser storage is used for the shortlist, quote workspace and interface preferences you actively use.
External links and phone calls
Calling a listed number or opening an external hotel website leaves Hotelsoncall. Your phone carrier, browser and the destination service apply their own privacy practices. Review them before sharing personal or payment information.
Retention and your choices
Contact and correction requests are retained only as long as needed to handle the request, maintain an audit trail or meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information associated with a submitted request through the contact page.
Children
Hotelsoncall is a general travel research service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after a change means the current policy applies to later activity.
